Alignment & Self-Trust

Welcome to your aligned era

Where you stop fixing yourself… and start trusting yourself.

Hiiiiii, I'm Caitie — your slightly unhinged Alignment Bestie.

If you've found yourself on this page, I'm guessing you've felt that little pull too.

The one that quietly whispers… "There's more available to me."

Not necessarily a completely different life. Just a different way of experiencing the one you've already got.

I know that feeling well.

For years I believed someone else must know better than I did. I collected books, bought courses, saved posts, listened to podcasts, asked everyone else's opinion before making my own decisions.

I wasn't lazy. I wasn't unmotivated. I wasn't broken. I was simply disconnected from myself.

I had become so focused on finding the "right" answer that I'd stopped listening to my own.

Then life cracked me open. Motherhood played a huge part in that. Not because becoming a mum broke me… but because it made it impossible to keep abandoning myself. Something had to change.

Around that same season, I discovered ideas around alignment, perspective and the Law of Attraction through Abraham Hicks. For the first time, I realised that how I felt wasn't something that happened to me. It was something I could influence.

Little by little… I stopped chasing perfection. I started trusting myself. I stopped looking for permission. I started backing myself. I realised I didn't need a completely different life. I needed to experience my life as a different version of myself.

That became the beginning of everything.

These days I write about the things I can't stop thinking about. Trusting yourself. Following inspiration. Building a bigger life without burning your current one to the ground. Letting things be fun. Creating from joy instead of pressure. Backing yourself before the evidence exists.

I'm not here because I've figured life out. I'm here because I'm living it. I'm still building the business. Still writing the book. Still learning. Still experimenting. Still becoming. And I think there's something really beautiful about building in public.

My hope is simple. That more women stop waiting for permission. That more women trust themselves. That more women realise they already have far more wisdom than they've been taught to believe.

Because when women back themselves… everything changes. Their families change. Their children change. Their communities change. Their futures change.

If even one of my words helps you trust yourself a little more today… then this little corner of the internet has done exactly what I hoped it would.

Welcome — I'm really glad you're here 💜

Caitie xo
